Farida Gipson Burtt is a native of Kenya. A resident of North Lake Tahoe for the last 22 years, she is a CHt (Clinical Hypnotherapist), CYT (Yoga Therapist), Reiki Master/Teacher, Breathworker, and a Massage therapist, who’s joy is in serving and supporting your awakened intention to be everything that you truly and beautifully are. My passion is to inspire you to use your intuition to create positive holistic changes and cultivate a more peaceful way of being. I have always been fascinated with the mind, body, spirit connection and the fact that we are naturally whole and healed. I teach people I collaborate with through my personal experience in movement, art, writing, hypnotherapy, reiki, aromatherapy, flower remedies, and breathwork.
