An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until September 29, 2019
With Ethan Indigo Smith Sundays, 4-5pm, begins June 9th A class on how to incorporate Tai Chi into your wellness and being through learning some of the postures in motion of Tai Chi. This class will focus on the walking movements of Tai Chi to provide you with Tai Chi tools to have on your own. Warm-up movements, meditation, and spontaneity will likely be incorporated too. All levels welcome. Suggested Contribution $10
