This Well-being Circle is for anyone who wants to increase resilience and achieve emotional well-being even in times of high stress levels from work, care-giving, world crises, and whatever life throws at you
In this Well-being Circle, you will learn and practice
Self-care and self-compassion, without guilt
Slowing down and being present, connecting with yourself and others
Returning to “center” and cultivating hope, when your emotions are running high
A Well-being Circle is a shared experience with fellow travelers, welcoming self-acceptance and releasing stress, so that you can walk this path as your best self
No-one will be turned away for lack of funds

Well-being Circle Facilitator, Cathy Norris
Cathy Norris is an emotional well-being expert who helps business leaders build their own and their team’s emotional resilience, so they can weather any storm. After working over 25 years with leaders across four continents from AT&T to Walmart as a consultant and corporate trainer, Cathy went from being a stressed out and clinically depressed global senior manager to become the CEO & Founder of Sensational Leadership and www.EmotionalWellbeingAtWork.com.
Now Cathy helps her clients move through their emotions productively, which helps prevent mental health declines such as anxiety, depression and burnout. In addition to completing PhD studies in Instructional Systems Technology, Cathy earned a Master’s degree in Education. She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Conversational Intelligence® Coach.
