Is there something you’ve been wanting for your life that you just can’t seem to change or achieve? Is there a recurring New Year’s resolution that you never seem to accomplish? Oftentimes, without realizing it, we create the biggest blocks to our own success. The blocks are a result of our subconscious programming, the program that runs in the back of our minds and influences the way we think and act. This programming is made up of the deep-seated beliefs we carry about ourselves, others, and the world. Some of our beliefs serve us well, but others hold us back from being, doing, or having what we really want. The good news is that any and all beliefs can be revised!
In this 4-week course, you will identify your greatest desire, discover limiting beliefs that are impeding your progress, and revise those beliefs so you can be empowered to take bold action toward your goals. I will guide you through a series of meditations and experiential exercises to uncover what’s holding you back so that you can gently remove the block and be, do, or have what you’ve been wanting for so long. Each session builds on the previous one, so please plan to attend all 4 sessions. Free yourself from that which no longer serves you!
